Location data is collected only during the active service period and is not retained beyond the duration necessary for safety and billing purposes.
Communication Records
We retain records of booking confirmations, WhatsApp messages, emails, and telephone calls made in connection with your booking. These records are kept to resolve any disputes, improve our service quality, and comply with legal obligations.
Website Usage Data
