Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Road Luxe Executive Cars Ltd (“Road Luxe”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) services, including our website at roadluxe.co.uk and any associated booking platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services immediately.

Services Provided

Road Luxe provides premium chauffeur and executive car hire services across the United Kingdom, including but not limited to: airport transfers, city-to-city travel, corporate travel, private hire, luxury tours, special events, and wedding transportation.

Booking & Payment

• 3.1 All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed upon receipt of written or electronic confirmation from Road Luxe.
• 3.2 Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking, depending on the service selected.
• 3.3 Prices are provided inclusive of VAT where applicable. Additional charges may apply for extra stops, extended waiting time beyond the complimentary allowance, or tolls/parking fees.
• 3.4 Accepted payment methods include major debit/credit cards, bank transfer, and WhatsApp-confirmed bookings.

Cancellation Policy

• 4.1 Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled journey are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no charge.
• 4.2 Cancellations made within 24-48 hours may incur a charge of up to 50% of the agreed fare.
• 4.3 Cancellations made within 24 hours, or no-shows, may be charged the full fare.
• 4.4 Road Luxe reserves the right to cancel any booking due to circumstances beyond our control (severe weather, vehicle breakdown, etc.) and will endeavour to provide a substitute vehicle or a full refund.

Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to behave in a respectful and lawful manner throughout the journey. Road Luxe reserves the right to terminate any journey without refund if a passenger:

• Behaves in an abusive, threatening, or unlawful manner toward the chauffeur or others;
• Causes damage to the vehicle (passengers will be liable for repair costs);
• Is under the influence of alcohol or controlled substances to a degree that poses a safety risk.

Data Collection & Privacy

By using our services and submitting booking forms, you consent to us collecting and processing the following categories of personal data:

• Contact information: full name, email address, and phone number as entered in our booking forms.
• Journey details: pickup location, destination, travel date, vehicle preference, and number of passengers.
• GPS / location data: during an active journey, your pickup and drop-off GPS coordinates are collected to facilitate ride dispatch, real-time tracking, route planning, and passenger safety monitoring.
• Communication records: records of enquiries, booking confirmations, and WhatsApp messages related to your booking.

This data is used solely for the purpose of providing, improving, and securing our chauffeur services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. For full details, please review our Privacy Policy.

Liability

• 7.1 Road Luxe carries full public liability and vehicle insurance as required by UK law.
• 7.2 Road Luxe is not liable for delays caused by traffic conditions, extreme weather, third-party actions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• 7.3 Road Luxe is not responsible for loss of or damage to passenger luggage or personal belongings unless caused by proven negligence of our chauffeur.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the exclusive property of Road Luxe Executive Cars Ltd and is protected by UK and international copyright law. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
